Race Results from May 23, 2026 – Slot.it 1980’s DTM / Group A & Ninco 1950’s Le Mans at Farrout Raceway
Hi folks,
Lovely relaxed day at Farrout Raceway despite Memorial Day weekend lowering regular attendance levels to 12 racers. Nice thing was we got to do 14 min laps for both classes.
In Slot.it 1980’s DTM / Group A Tom and Kevin continued their great battles with Tom coming out on top by 3 laps. Stephen, Rob and Tim Weston took 3rd 4th and 5th places and David M and Frank Sisto managed to battle to a tie!
In Ninco 1950’s LeMans Kevin streaked the field by more than laps, with Stephen and Rob battling for 2nd and 3rd, ending up separated by just 1/10th of a lap after 16 minutes of racing. Tom was 4th and special mention of David M who took what I think is his first 5th place in club races.
Next Race is at Big Lou’s in Culver City on Saturday June 6th at Big Lou’s for a 3HR Team – 1 1960s NASCAR Monogram – Revell on 3d Printed Chassis and Slot.it running gear.
