Race Results from May 9, 2026 – 60’s/70’s Fly LeMans and 50’s/60’s Ninco LeMans at Nigelstone Raceway
Hi folks,
On May 9th Nigelstone hosted 14 racers.
In Fly 1960’s Le Mans Tom and Kevin continued their great battles with Kevin coming out on top by just 3/10th of a lap. Rob and Frank took 3rd and 4th with Nigel just grabbing 5th ahead of Jim Wiseman. There was very tight racing for 6th through 12th and the David’s refused to be split and tied for 11th place!
In Ninco 1950’s Le Mans we had our first tie for 1st in – what seems to me to be – many years! Kevin and Tom took the honors with Jim Wiseman 3rd, Nigel 4th and Dale Berman 5th. In this race we also had a tie for 10th between Frank and David R and two near ties between Dale and Tim Weston, and Kit and Rob.
Next Race is at Big Lou’s in Culver City on Saturday June 6th at Big Lou’s for a 3HR Team – 1 1960s NASCAR Monogram – Revell on 3d Printed Chassis and Slot.it running gear.
